Explore the history of the people of Entry Island
Although managed by the Old Harry Heritage Site, the Entry Island Historical Museum highlights the heritage and daily realities of the island’s population. It explores a history shaped by farming, fishing, mutual support, and self-sufficiency, while also addressing the benefits and challenges of island life.
Located in the former Entry Island school, the permanent exhibition is enriched by a collection drawn from the island’s tangible and intangible heritage, including fishing equipment, everyday objects, photographs, testimonies, and much more.
